Hey, this book says to take vitamin B, MSM, some sort of greens and pink himalyan saltl. I usually do a fiber of benodite clay (and that link is on this blog maybe a week or 2 ago) and psyllium husk - about 4/7 days during the week. It's important to make sure that you are getting enough good nutrients into your body. I totally recommend Angela's book also. :)
My healing practice consists of Five Element Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Medical Qigong. I am also a Remote Healer. This means that I can tap into the client from far away and treat them with Five Element "Acupuncture" and Medical Qigong. These sessions are quite strong and I have clients as far away as Alaska!

Thanks for the info Pauline, I was wondering what supplements you take on a daily basis and how often you're doing a fiber shake.
