Day 7!! - juice-feast CHALLENGE! June 7th, 09

Day 7!!
Wowie!

There are two separate juices here.

Right two on the right are:
- watermelon
- parsley
- (1) lime
- (1) cucumber
YUM!

The one on the left is:
- 1/6 pineapple
- (1) lemon
- (1) bunch celery
- (1) cucumber
- (2) small green apples
VERY tasty.

I hope that you had a good week juicing! Remember, you can keep it going a bit, incorporate 1-2 days a week for juicing, or have it for breakfast or lunch. It is a great way to help correct the PH balance or your body, release unwanted build-up in your colon and get great nutrients and enzymes into your body!

Day 4 - juice-feast CHALLENGE! June 4th, '09

Day 4!

Well, this is not even close to the juice for the morning but the beautiful thing about juicing is that you can mix & match and go on the fly when creating!

AKA, I didn't make it to the store last night... :)



This lovely & refreshing concoction is:

(6) carrots
(2 1/2) small green apples (pups got 1/2)
(1) lemon
parsley

Day 3 - juice-feast CHALLENGE! June 3rd, '09

Hi all!

Morning started out with a glass of carrot juice for me! :)
I forgot to take a picture of breakfast but you know what it was!






Lunch was rockin' - see #2 picture.

- (6) carrots

- (1/2) bunch celery
- (2) cucumbers
- (1/2) lemon


I also forgot to take my dinner picture.
Did you love it? It is one of my most favorite juices!
Maybe I will make that again for tomorrow...?

Day 2 - Evening - juice-feast CHALLENGE! June 2nd, '09

This is the evening juice.
(I didn't get a shot of the lunch juice.)

- (1/2) bunch of parsley
- (1) appl
e
- (2) cucumbers
-
(10) celery stalks
- (1) lemon


I love this one juice because it tastes so clean and fresh.

Day 2 - Morning - juice-feast CHALLENGE! June 2nd, '09

Day 2 - Morning!

Here is the morning drink.


Remember, taste your juice after you are making it to see if you need to add a little something for yourself, maybe another lemon or one green apple.



- (3) cucumbers - I used 2 by accident! Ha, I thought it said 2. :)
- (1) romaine lettuce
- (1) bun
ch of celery
- (1) lemon

- (3) carrots - I added 2 more cause they are small carrots.
- small bunch of parsley

a pink of Himalayan salt
