It was a lovely green drink that I can only describe as "soft".
It was smooth and delectable.
Recipe: (3) cukes (aka cucumbers), (1) butter leaf lettuce (pesticide-free yet not marketed organic), (15) celery stalks, (1/2) lemon, (3) carrots, small bunch of parsley.
Today, I am very energized! I woke up at 5:30am (not on purpose) yet awake and I am feeling refreshed. I am stretching periodically and my muscles are loosening up. Today would be a good day for an Epsom salt bath though. It will help pull toxins out and relax my leg muscles a bit.
The 92-day juice FEAST is a major detox on the body so there will be good days and more good days.
Recipe: (8) carrots, (1/6) pineapple, (2) cukes, (1 1/2) oranges with out the peel, (1) lemon, (8) celery stalks.
This is a good place to note that when I add lemons to the juice that it is the ENTIRE lemon including the rind that I add. This makes is tangy.
