Hello!
Today I woke up feeling lighter and more energized!! I just felt it so I did weigh myself and I am 4.5 lbs less. :)
Also, my legs muscles are SUPER tight which is a unfamiliar feeling. So, I am working today on stretching them out. It is important to move the lactic acid. I have done 10 mins so far today on my UR (Urban Rebounder) and I am having a massage. WooooHooooo! TGIF!
These lovely pictures are of breakfast! The colors are amazing!
Recipe #1 (pictures 1-3):
(1) beat, (2) cukes, (1) head of romaine lettuce, (1) lemon, (4) celery stalks, tad of parsley. This one may be a bit more tasty had I added an apple...but I liked it a lot as is.
