DAY 15 - April 15th, 2009

Hello all,
This tasty treat is watermelon, (2) oranges and (1) lemon.
YUM!! :)

Breakfast was (3) kiwis, (1) bunch of celery, (2) cucumbers (cukes), (1) green apple.

I tried juicing strawberries and it just doesn't work - fyi. :)

The scale says that I lost 3.5 lbs last week. That doesn't feel quite right yet I am happy about that for a total of 12 lbs. I am wearing smaller clothes. My jeans are falling off of me. So, somewhere there is some hidden weight! Hmmm.... More on that later, p :)

I mean that my colon must be full of gunk. So I did a fiber shake yesterday morning. Often, there can be a LOT of weight store in the colon by stuff that isn't moving through. This is why colon cleansing is so important for everyone. If stuff is sitting around in there it is toxic. On a juice fast/FEAST the colon tends to slow down a bit because there is no fiber being consumed. Another important reason why betonite clay, etc is very helpful. :)

have you ever tried the salt water flush that is recommended with the master cleanse?

Hi, I am not a fan of the master cleanse. It really affects the blood-sugar levels in the body. However, many do like it. I also have never done a salt cleanse. Sorry, p

I know a lot of people who have had great success doing the salt water flush each day of a juice fast or master cleanse ... 2 tsp of sea salt in 1 liter of lukewarm distilled water first thing in the morning (must be first thing, completely empty stomach)

It acts as an internal enema and flushes the large and small intestines over the course of about 40 minutes - not nearly as uncomfortable as it sounds
