Here is the morning drink.
Remember, taste your juice after you are making it to see if you need to add a little something for yourself, maybe another lemon or one green apple.
- (3) cucumbers - I used 2 by accident! Ha, I thought it said 2. :)
- (1) romaine lettuce
- (1) bunch of celery
- (1) lemon
- (3) carrots - I added 2 more cause they are small carrots.
- small bunch of parsley
- a pink of Himalayan salt
