Some, may already be feeling some changes. Your body many already be detoxing, your mind may be having a hard time with the fact that you really aren't going to starve to death.
If you had some trouble sticking to the 100% juicing then celebrate what you were able to accomplish!! This is for you!
Keep up with water! This is a great resource and avenue to help you move through a detox and to keep hydrated, etc.
- (10) stalks of celery - I used (1) whole bunch
- (2) cucumbers
- (4) big pieces of kale (kale can taste VERY earthy) - I used 2 leaves because they were BIG LEAVES!
- (2) green apples - (3) small green apples
- big bunch of parsley
- I added (1) lime because it was very sad looking and about to turn. Now it's happy.
