Day 1 - Lunch - juice-feast CHALLENGE! June 1st, 09

Day 1 - Lunch / Afternoon Juice

Remember, make the juice taste good to you! If you need an extra carrot then add one or two.

I put a variety of juices in this week to give you a great opportunity to experience how tasty this can be.

Do you already feel like you are doing something really great for yourself? If not, consider that you are and make your juice with love.

- (2) cucumbers
- (1) apple
- I did (2) small green apples because they were on sale.
- (1) lemon
- (1) pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
