A note on cucumbers. I like to use them A LOT. However, I have seen them priced as high as $2.50/each which is ridiculous! So, if you can't find them for $1 or so - then use romaine lettuce to substitute.The size of the vegetables that you use will create more or less juice, etc. So, if the cucumbers, celery bunches are particularly small then you will need more, etc. :)
Day 1 - morning
- (3) cucumbers
- (3) carrots
- (1/2) bunch of celery
- a little bunch of parsley
- (1) organic lemon
- a pink of Himalayan salt (very important for minerals).
- (6) carrots
- (1/2) bunch of celery
- (2) cucumbers
- (1) apple
- (1) lemon
- (1) pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
Day 1 - evening
- (10) stalks of celery
- (2) cucumbers
- (4) big pieces of kale (kale can taste VERY earthy)
- (2) green apples
- big bunch of parsley
Also, you can add cayenne, more lemons to add more taste to any juice! :)

Day 2 - afternoon
- (2) green apples

- (2) cucumbers
* this is VERY tasty - you may want to double the recipe.

- (1) apple
- (2) cukes
- (10) celery stalks
- (1) lemon
- It is tangy and refreshing.
