I am excited about the pics and I am so excited to see the "after" pics! Please stay tuned until mid-June.
A few words about me: I was 100% raw for 2 years prior to moving to Wichita which was in 2005. I have been on-and-off 100% raw since living here - with complete months passing with no raw. I was growing wheatgrass and sunflower sprouts, juicing, dehydrating and eating wonderful raw delights. I have gone to both Hippocrates Health Institute and the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center. :)
Now, I want to take the plunge and go completely raw again with this juice-FEAST. You can learn more about this at http://www.juicefeasting.com or at http://www.rawreform.com
Tomorrow, I will weigh in and share that with you (eek). Currently, I am in a size 12. When I was 100% raw, I was in a size 6-8. Also, I have fallen out of regular exercise - so there is a lot of firming up that I hope to see! My goal is to jump on my Urban Rebounder for a minimum of 20 minutes daily! WoooHoooo!
I will make every effort to keep an up-to-date list of what I have juice-FEASTED on each day.
Additionally, I am going to write down how much I have spent on the organic produce so that we call all figure out how much this really costs! :) Tonight, I purchased the following organic items, let's see how long it lasts:

(1) 5 lb bag of carrots $4.49
(6) cucumbers @ $.99 each = $5.94
(3) heads of romaine lettuce @ $1.79 each = $5.37
(2) granny apples $1.64
(1) kale $1.99
(1) parsley $1.69
(1) head of celery $1.49
(3) lemons $1.77
Total: $24.38
I don't know what I was thinking on the celery thing. You need ONE full head of celery daily on a juice-FEAST, so I will go get another one tomorrow... I anticipate that I have enough to juice for 2-3 days. We will see.... Ok, there is my tummy shot. Not so bad, eh? I look forward to sharing more tomorrow! Peace, Pauline :)
